Duk Shin received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering in 1996 and 1998 from Chosun University in Korea. He received his Ph.D. degree in engineering in 2005 from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan. He is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Tokyo Polytechnic University. His research interests include wearable robots, human-centered systems, human-computer interfaces, brain-machine interfaces, and bio-signal engineering. He is a member of the Society of Instrument and Control Engineers (SICE), the Japan Neuroscience Society (JNS), and the Japanese Neural Network Society (JNNS).
辛 徳は1996年と1998年に韓国の朝鮮大学で工学士および修士学位を取得した。2005年に東京工業大学で工学の博士学位（Ph.D.）を取得しました。現在、東京工芸大学の機械工学部の教授を務めている。
研究分野には、ウェアラブルロボット、人間中心システム、ヒューマンコンピュータインターフェース、ブレインマシンインターフェース、およびバイオシグナル工学が含まれる。現在、計測自動制御学会（SICE）、日本神経科学学会（JNS）、および日本神経回路学会（JNNS）の会員です。
